Better support for teachers and students

With automatic rostering through Clever, teachers and students are automatically linked, saving time and ensuring teachers have the right students in their classes and can see student progress. Professional Learning helps teachers better support student progress. Students can link their Khan Academy account with their College Board account to get preparation recommendations based on their PSAT or SAT score.

Productive practice is associated with score increases

Our research suggests three best practices associated with substantial improvements in SAT scores: leveling up your skills, taking a full-length practice test, and following personalized practice recommendations. Students who used Official SAT Practice for six or more hours and followed at least one best practice scored 39 points higher than students who did not use Official SAT Practice.

Summary of findings

“I teach 12th grade ELA/Intensive Reading to Seniors who have not yet met their reading requirements for graduation.  I fully believe that Khan Academy is what helps these students earn a concordant score on the SAT to fulfill their requirements.  Khan Academy is their path to success and earning their High School Diploma.”
